• Project information you share with us so that we can scope, build and support your software, including technical documents and, where necessary, access credentials.
• Technical data collected automatically by our web server, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in standard server logs.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address under Google’s privacy policy.

2. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals and quotes.
• To perform contracts: designing, building, deploying and supporting software for you.
• To invoice, keep accounting records and comply with legal obligations.
• To keep our systems secure and to diagnose technical problems.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to deliver our work (for example hosting, email and payment providers), with professional advisers, or where required by law. Any provider we use is bound by confidentiality obligations.

We are located in Shenzhen, China, and serve clients worldwide. Information may be processed in China and in the countries where our hosting and email providers operate. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use HTTPS across this website, encrypted storage for credentials, least-privilege access and regular updates of the systems we operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
